This project had as its theme the saving of an old house (1930) positioned on the street and its extension along with the land, the footprint reaching ~ 130sqm. Developed on two levels and a partial basement, the house accommodates a family of four people. The difficulty of the project consisted of a series of technical expertise and consolidations that must be done to the old house due to its antiquity and at the same time increased attention to the way of building the new one without affecting the old area.
